Website delivery and necessary cookies
Bathimple uses Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, DNS and website security. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time and security events in order to deliver and protect the website.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies when features such as bot detection or a security challenge are triggered. These cookies are used to keep the website available and secure, rather than for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Product enquiries
If you contact Bathimple through the website enquiry form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we use the contact details and information you provide to answer your enquiry, discuss product requirements and continue the business conversation you requested. Enquiries submitted through the website are processed by Cloudflare and our transactional email provider before arriving at sales@bathitemselection.com.
WhatsApp is an external service. When you follow the WhatsApp link, its own privacy terms and data practices apply.

Sharing and retention
We do not sell website visitor information. Enquiry information may be shared only with Bathimple team members and service providers where reasonably necessary to respond, prepare samples, quote, manufacture or arrange delivery.
We keep enquiry and business correspondence only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the relationship, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations.

You may ask us about the personal information connected with your enquiry, or request an appropriate correction or deletion, by emailing sales@bathitemselection.com.
If we later introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, we will update this notice and request consent before those technologies are activated where required.
